Los premios MTV Europe Music Awards 2011 (también conocidos como los MTV EMAs) se llevaron a cabo el domingo 6 de noviembre de 2011 en Belfast, Reino Unido en el Odyssey Arena,[1]. Fueron presentados por la actriz y cantante Selena Gomez.[2]

Congratulations To Me
«Congratulations to me» —en español «Felicitaciones a mí»— fue una mini-canción para promocionar la entrega de premios, interpretada por Selena Gomez. El vídeo muestra a Selena orgullosa por ser la presentadora de los premios, pero una versión "Mala" en el espejo de ella le dice que quien más iba a ver. Las dos bailan y cantan en la habitación, la original agradeciendo a sus fanes, y su otra versión diciendo cosas vanidosas. El vídeo dura aproximadamente 1:50. El vídeo se pudo ver en MTV, VH1 y Nickelodeon.
